Hello and welcome back to PART 1 of a 2 PART series. This week we are chatting all things mental health. It can get deep on some levels, but is all so real and raw that it is a must listen to men, women and adolescents alike. Going through tough things is hard enough in itself ,let alone trying to battle it all alone. Because for some that is what it is a daily battle. And we are here to tell you, you are not alone. You are not crazy, over sensitive or anything you may have heard before. We support each of you in every battle you are fighting and pray you can overcome it.
