Welcome back! We interview the amazing Kennedy Haney, a registered dietitian and dairy farmer. She answer so many listener questions and teaches us so much in this episode we had to split it into two part! So without further ado....here's Part 1!

Wow where did summer go!? July was 4 days long and now school is about to start back up. Thanks for understanding life gets crazy sometimes and we have worked hard to be where our feet are this summer. So were back and ready to chat all the things with you all. xoxo Ky and Whit

50th episode! Thanks for sticking around this long. And if you are new here WELCOME. We are embracing where our feet are and trying to live in the moment. Positively and being our best selves. We hope you'll join along in celebrating all the small wins in your day to day and live life to the fullest.

Hi welcome back! We are SO thankful you are here. We chat with the grow slow guru Jennifer Dukes Lee, author and farm mom of the book Growing Slow. It seems impossible in the Ag industry and as a Mother busy kids and homes and farms. But the feelings of a rushed heart are not ones of ideal health and wellness. You know the warm feeling over your body and the heart racing? Yep a hurried heart. We have them too friends. You can find her on Facebook and Instagram @jenniferdukeslee Purchase her book here: https://www.amazon.com/shop/fa... Have a great day and stay grateful. Also please excuse the issues of rural internet. A few areas lag and to be honest we just rolled with it. Thanks for your grace and understanding!

LIVE. We went live on Instagram for this episode. So if its sounds a little funky and you hear banter from Rowdy and Whit... its live we aren’t editing it all out! Hope you enjoy our chat regardless of the different sounds. We are planning on going live for episodes every once in a while! Enjoy us just enjoying each other :)

Look....no matter how strong we think we are, we always need somewhere to vent, voice frustrations or wins in the week and to hear someone else has felt the same. Sure our husbands are our best friends, but sometimes having another woman on the other end of the line and saving your husband more added stress is super important. Reach out to your friends, let them be your vault and bring yourself that added happiness from repour with another human. Phone a friend y'all, make the time in your busy day and do it. "Stick with the people that pull the magic out of you instead of add to the madness."

Unrealistic expectations, Imposter Syndrome, Comparison, Unworthiness....all things we are sure you may have felt at some time as well. We have both felt we have dis credited what we do everyday in our homes and lives to the point that it makes you mentally struggle. This episode is pretty raw and made us feel better to get it off our chests. We apologize for the kids making noise but this is the real reel for us both! A chatty two year old and a baby row who loves his momma!

This one may sound a little funny at first with the intros, but this is our speech for Cultivating Courage 2021, the women in ag event that Whit hosts every year. We hope you enjoy and begin to realize every choice we make is ours. And that we have to stop playing victim to the things that happen to us. We are always one choice away from something better or more positive. "If you don't like where you're at move. That's how feet work!" Enjoy!

You asked we answered! Some fun ones and some hard ones to discuss, listen as Kylie and Whit answer 20 questions, chat about life and even discuss how we dont have dreams. Crazy huh? But that is both of our current struggle. We hope you can relate in some way, and if you do would ya mind shouting us out and sharing our podcast with others? Those reviews and listens keep us relevant in the podcast world and helps others find us. We so appreciate you all listening and hope you are surviving whatever season you are in!
