Last weekend was daylight savings for most of the United States. This week Katharine and Valene reflect on the impact the shorter days and colder temperatures have on mental health. It's actually called seasonal depression. We hope we can shed a light on the importance it is to check in with yourself, your family, your friends and your neighbors this season.
