Greetings everyone! Just a short solo episode this week discussing the importance of gratitude. A short conversation I had with a mom a few weeks ago sparked some serious introspect and thought about gratitude. Gratitude is one of the strongest feelings that one can feel throughout their day. It was gratitude that helped get me through a very stressful week!

Big day in export sales, as both corn and wheat hit marketing year highs and soybeans saw substantial sales to China. Markets didn't necessarily respond right away, but it's great to see foreign demand building for US ag products. Foreign demand for ag products is good news for American growers, but it is often a challenge for the very poor in foreign countries to access that food. To alleviate that, two professors have been working on utilizing animated videos as a way to teach smallholder farmers about how to improve their yields.
