Nik and Karen Fitch have an incredible story. In November 2019, Karen woke up paralyzed from the neck down. While facing their own challenges and battle, Nik and Karen launced Cuddle Cow Company. They sell blankets inspired by their love of the farm and their cattle. Part of the proceeds from their company go directly to fund Spinal Cord Research.
